If you’re wondering what to order at Bésame Mucho, start with the dishes that best explain our menu: fresh produce, rice dishes and paellas served at the table, seafood and grilled specialties.
At Playa de Troya, within the Monkey Beach Club setting, Bésame Mucho is a rice house, seafood restaurant and grill with a direct, contemporary approach that’s closely tied to the product. You don’t need to overthink it to get it right, but if it’s your first visit, there are a few dishes that will help you better understand the experience we offer.
A good start
A great way to open the meal is with the Bésame Mucho black potato ensaladilla, a simple, recognisable recipe made with Canarian produce. The Beso toast, made with grilled bread, butter and caviar, also earns its place: fire, quality produce and a nod to the whole Bésame Mucho universe.
Along the same lines, the fried eggs with red prawn and chips are one of the house classics and one of those dishes worth ordering if it’s your first time. If you’d rather start with something fresher, the white fish ceviche with ají amarillo, toasted corn, red onion, sweet potato and avocado works really well before moving on to the rice dishes, paellas or the grill. Produce and seafood to share
If you’re in the mood for seafood, the CRUDO is one of the menu’s new additions and a perfect option for trying several things in a single choice. It comes as a Royal Platter with oysters, red prawn, bluefin tuna tartare, and cuts of white fish and tuna, designed for two. But you can also choose your seafood separately, depending on what you fancy most.
For those looking for something more rooted in Canarian cooking, the octopus, squid, chickpea and papas bonitas casserole is a great fit for a first visit.

The paellas and rice dishes that never fail
At Bésame Mucho, rice dishes and paellas play a major role. They are all made with Molino Roca rice and served at the table, respecting the perfect point and personality of each recipe.
For a first visit, our house special rice with baby squid is a firm favourite of ours. It has great produce, character and a clear link to the Canary Islands. If you prefer something more convenient, the “Senyoret” rice with prawns and cleaned fish is perfect: everything arrives ready to enjoy, without giving up on flavour.
These are two clear recommendations if you want to try our paellas in Costa Adeje and understand why rice dishes are such an important part of Bésame Mucho.

Grilled fish and seafood
Grilling is part of Bésame Mucho’s identity. The grilled fish from the display case lets you choose the catch of the day and enjoy it whole-cooked on the Josper grill. Visible produce, flavour and a simple way to enjoy fresh fish.
Another straightforward option is the grilled fish fillet, which can vary depending on availability and may include cuts such as grouper, sea bass or meagre. For those who prefer a specific dish from the menu, the sea bream à la bilbaína with potatoes is a very tasty choice.

To finish with something sweet
The ending is just as special. The “Beso” tart, with creamy cheese, biscuit and red berries, fits perfectly with the restaurant’s identity. If you prefer something fresher, the lemon tart with meringue, lemon ice cream and cinnamon crumble is a great choice. And if you want to finish with a dessert prepared at the table, the Crêpes Suzette with vanilla ice cream also work really well for a first visit.
If you want to know what to order at Bésame Mucho on your first visit, this would be a good route: something fresh to start, seafood if you feel like sharing, a paella served at the table, grilled fish and a dessert to finish.
